It's gonna be half in comic book mode, and half in movie mode. Yet I may do the WHOLE comic on youtube though, and have it like a 3 minute long comic with reading parts (with pretty pictures) and epic battles via full motion.

No, I'm not back (yet), been busy with college and life and the womenses and whatnot. Update me on what's new in the game, such as missions, level caps, equipment, server population and the things of that sort... Been missing y'all, man. The crew still play? Does anyone? Balthasar just quit today for the 2nd time, after many tears, giggles, and erotic moments (wink). Ok scratch that last part. F Gattaca and I are still hanging out, he's working on a kickass new comic. Orius is still getting blamed for things.

Anyways, lots of new missions, level cap is 110, and there is a rumor that ALL PSO weapons have made it back (and it looks like it is true, I've seen pics of the Guld Milla, and I've seen the Chainsawd, and I own the Sato mag. Server population seems that it is maxing at 5 stars on one universe, but other universes, believe it or not, are actually pretty full in popular areas. Lots of buddies came back for the expansion, and it is nice to see them all again.

I'll probably be on this flippin' game til they close down the servers, which hopefully isn't soon (we need some more players or Sega will pull the plug on us over on PS2/PC). Hope to see you soon...

As for the comic, I'm currently "purchasing" the PC version, and I will get to work as soon as I completely "purchase" it. I got big things planned for this second season, structure wise, and I'm sure all of you will enjoy it. Basically the whole comic is in youtube form, so no more scrolling and loading 500 images, you'll only have to load one youtube video (gonna average around 5-7 mins long). The first comic should be up next weekend, I hope.

Well, I've been playing DDO with Partisus, but I really only play when him and a few other friends are on, so it's kinda just an 'us 4' thingy on specific characters. I'm getting old and crochety and like playing in pick up groups in these games less and less. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif But I do love my friends, which several of you were and still are.

I think maybe I'll 'purchase' the PC version of AOI as well. Partisus was actually wondering what this game was going to be like once the xpac hits, was talking about going back to it (monthly fee is cheap as dirt, so why not.) Kinda nice to hear it's revived plenty! I'll be in touch on here, I suppose. Bwahaha.

Madison won't be coming back, she's completely burnt out on MMO's, and now plays crazy imported games for her fun... Sucks that I missed the 2nd coming of Balth, lol. I just will have to bug him on AIM more often. How are things for y'all?

We are doing fine, cherry wine. A new class popped up called Acrotecher, and its like the perfect fit for Deja. As you know, I was a "ranged" Fortetecher, using buffs, debuffs, cards, and bows only. It was great, but I really wasn't more than a buff whore.

Now with Acrotecher, I'm a melee force, and a damn good one (at least in my opinion). I have madoogs (mags from PSO) that cast buffs, debuffs, resta, all those goods...but the kicker is that the madoogs are in your gun hand (left), so it leaves open your right hand. I rock daggers, sabers, and whips like mad, and do pretty decent damage. I even get access to A rank twin guns, and they recently added Magnum-type twin guns (sound like you are shooting an elephant gun).

Also, the game is a lot more friendly to casual players, which a lot of players find annoying. I like it, since PSO isn't truly a MMORPG but a casual online RPG. It's nice to be able to solo and finish a mission in less than 30 minutes, and not 2 hours like before. I know they will rebalance all of the classes soon, to make it more even, but for now I can solo easily.

Oh, and the casino. Oh GOD the casino. It is a blast. Right now it only has luck based games (roulette, slots) but its roulette get-up is incredibly fun. I hope they add blackjack and poker in future updates (or expansions) but for now it is a great way to waste 10 minutes a day.

So basically, in my opinion, they added PSO to PSU, and it's about time they did. PSO was a success, so why not leech off of it.

What's not good is to see Balth leave. It's a real shame,I'm gonna miss playing with that fellow.

Deja's right though,there is much fun to be had with this expansion. GT's Figh,hell EVERYONE got a nice rebalance and some access to new toys. It's a complete overhaul in experience with the Just Attack system as well. Something I wanted for a long time,I'm telling you man,the new combat is a dream come true.

It was a shame to see so many people go,our servers dwindled more and more everyday. Until recently that is,we slowly got some new 4k IDs. New blood to train. You missed 1UpCup too,which proved to be a lot more fun that FireBreak. ( For me at least.)

Anyway,I'm done yammerin' I'm just glad to see someone I recognize. It's a welcome thing.

Sorry that most of my posts are updates, but the comic has changed dramatically. Being a movie, it takes twice as long to prepare. But I have good news, the first comic stands at 3 minutes right now with about 2-3 minutes to go.

The comic will mimic the moving comic on PSU's main website, with splashes of video here and there, and dabs of sound effects and my own personal music. It's incredibly fun to make, and I can't wait to show you all the first one. It's honestly like 10 times more convenient for readers...no more scrolling, just youtube loading.

Now the bad news. I'm on another trip this coming week, so it won't be up until next Sunday or Monday. I am working on it any free minute I can muster, so just be patient.

I have a nasty habit of not notifying anyone when I stop playing a game. I guess it's cause I didn't really plan on quitting, but after school started back up I just kinda stopped signing on, and when the account expired I didn't reactivate it. I started feeling really bad, so I came here to check up on things.

Yeah I'd love to do real time, and that's my goal. I'll only get better with this format as time goes on, but I kind of like it.

It's just the comic took way too long to make, so I'm going to trim it to no more than 3 minutes, but 3 short and sweet minutes. Also, going out of town for 2 weeks really screwed up my timing with this one.

Anyways, thanks for the help. I know I should only bring the best now cause I've been doing this for so long. Don't expect another for a good 2 weeks, but I'll be sure to make them memorable and more fluid.

Woha. Wow. roflbbq. Blew me away. Eh..you know..I'm really happy to have been able to help out with this and..seeing all the pieces come together into awesomeness..eh..it feels good. It was a long wait, but worth it. :D Considering it's been quite some time since the prologue I gotta hand it to you for pulling it all together plot wise as well. No lolwuts here.

Oh, and personally I sorta like the entire "moving comic" idea. Realtime movies are cool and all but it's easier to play around and edit a bunch of screenshots, hence letting you experiment a bit more. So, as long the flow between the comic shots and the moving parts are fluent (fluent flow! hax!) this format rocks the socks.

Also, comrade Stalin would be proud of you. Soviet Saturday. Club Communist. Epic.

Episode 2 and Mother Brain were great, but I still liked it better when it wasn't all in real-time. There was so much more freedom of creativity by not being limited by what you can do in the game.

I here ya puppet, I miss it too somewhat. But I honestly like doing video, the more and more episodes I do, the more and more fluid the comics will get, to the point where they will become memorable. I do admit that the first episode was mediocre, because of my old video editor, and that the 2nd one shows promise in what I can bring to the table in future episodes.

I was thinking of bringing back the season 1 formula for season 2, but in my mind something isn't great unless it slowly but surely evolves and gets better. I needed something new, and video gives that to me. Trust me, video won't be limiting what I will put in the comic. I'm hoping one day a 7 minute episode will be just as memorable as my 1 minute Polty trailer. I'm learning more and more new things every day with this kickass video editor, and that to me is better than just copying and pasting some JPG's on to PSOW.

Plus, the organization of it all! You don't have to search for a comic, it is all right there on post 1.

Hey Everyone,

Got some bad news. Work starts up in less than a month, and then I'll be out of town for a good chunk until summer. Maybe out for 3 out of 4 months. Starting February 2nd I'm going to cancel my PSU subscription, and I'm contemplating on canceling it for good. I've gotten a good year out of this game, and I've enjoyed time spent with all of you, but I think its time for me to move on.

Nowadays, when I log on I just log on to do comics, since I can't enjoy the game anymore. It's not the game's fault, its just that it doesn't give me that same joy it did when it first came out...and that's normal since games sooner or later become dull. The future looks bright, but they are re-releasing rares I've hunted for hours on PSO. I ask myself "why go through it again?" I hope and pray that you dedicated fans of PSU get one helluva expansion next, that hopefully brings all types of new things to the table.

...and this may mark the end of this comic. I've enjoyed the hell out of making it for you, and if I never get back online to finish it after my long work stint, I'll put it in text. It's just that when Canopy and Balthasar left, it really became tough to think up a storyline when you are missing your number 1 ally and number 1 enemy. The story would just go nowhere for the next few episodes, and whatever the ending would be, just wouldn't feel like an end without some sort of conclusion between Deja, Canopy, and Balthasar.

Anyways, in the end its just a comic, and I've got bigger fish to fry. I'm focusing my extra time now on making music, writing a novel, playing Xboxlive with my cousins, and also playing all types of games I've neglected over this past year (Odin Sphere for one). I know one or two of you will be disappointed for this comic's sudden end, and I am truly sorry for that.

Keep chugging away at whatever you do, and I wouldn't bet on me coming back to PSU...even with a new expansion. I feel I'm just burnt out, and that's natural since all great things come to an end. PSU has just come to an end for me, and I've enjoyed one hell of a ride. I may still be an influence in other projects, mainly helping my good buds over at VCC. Hopefully they will let me write a couple lines for there next endeavor.

Phew, I'm happy I made it in time to take farewell of you, Deja. Thanks for the laughs, the partying, the events, the comics, the videos, the chats, the fun and the..eh..everything. I haven't been 100% active for ages, but the comics and other random things you came up with were always a welcome break from the daily grinding. Always a blast, truly.

Also, that farewell video/comic was quite the nostalgy/emo-trip..and a good laugh. Like always. A welcome last moment with Deja at any rate.

The comic making doesn't have to end with PSU either y'know. If you ever end up doing something else and feel like making something out of it, please do share it with us. Your creativity is over 9000, so put it to good use. Be it music or whatever, I hope we haven't seen the last of your works. :3
