Downloading blue burst

I've been pondering downloading Blue Burst for some time, and tonight's the night I say "screw it" and just download it. Just curious; does anyone still play? That's why I was hesitant to download it; I didn't see anywhere that you could play your characters offline and online like the original PSO, so I didn't know if I wanted to pitch in 1O bucks for the Hunter's Licence. Then again, if no one plays, I'll probably just cancel.

Give me a shout if you see me though; I may have played PSU for far too long, but I've never played a PS game on PC, so I'm gonna be a total noob at BB. >_<

I don't exactly know. I play, but not on the official servers (That is all I can say on that). You can only play BB online. So, yeah, get the hunters licence.
