PSU-XBox 360: P/C on Crea Doubles board

I'd like to know how much this is worth, if I could possibly trade one for an ank dedda, and if the board could be sold for enough to buy one. I was told that I could but I'm unsure.

Bought one for 2mil, buying all of em I see @ 2mil.

They go for around 2.8-3m however on a "wait a little while to sell" basis.

Eh I guess I'll just try my luck at making it then. I'm aware of the synth increases in AOI but by then you'll be able to grind S ranks and prices will be out of control over just 1 grind and I'll never be able to find a buyable dedda. One more thing, what is a magical wand grinded 5 times worth?
