*Beats* on PSO

I was just wondering if beats really have to do with finding certain rares in pso. It would just make it a lot easier to know around what beats certain rares began to appear(If the beat theory was true). I am section ID Bluefull and I have noticed that I only find Kaladbolgs in Ult. mode forest at night. Very weird...

If anyone has any info on the Beat Theory please post them.

There's a lot of theories and rumors floating around, but nothing with concrete evidence. One person will say one theory, then another person will say something that totally contradicts that theory. And so on. Right now I still hold a belief that it's all luck of the draw and beats don't have any effect on stuff. I'm open to hear theories, but until someone manages to find proof otherwise, I'll continue being the skeptic.
