Photon Fortune and predictions

I want to know... who's been predicting the photon fortune ahead of the day (meaning putting up values for tomorrow's photon fortune forecast).

Because sometimes its up there and sometimes its not. Im curious of how did the person accurately predict these fortune. Would be nice if it was up more often too.

Typically, we'd look at JP's photon fortune to 'predict' ours. Due to JP being several hours ahead of us, we can use their info to forecast our day.

But when the JP side is in a special event (where luck are all maxed, or info not available), it'd be the staffer/s who go around & collect the info for our daily chart.
