9* boards in npc shops?

To jpn players I heard that 9* boards wont be in npc shops, is this true?

For the new weapons, yes, it's true.

if 9* boards of a weapon are there now then whenAOI come out it will be the same.

With the new AOI weapon 7* weapons sold in Shops and 8* boards will be sold... the rest will be found
