PSU: How long for it to cancel?

So my card expired and then PlaySega said something about couldn't take money from it and stuff and told me to push cancel and make a new subscription, So i pushed cancel but it says
Your subscription has been marked for cancellation - it will be cancelled shortly.

It can take at most a day or two to register a cancellation. But most of the time, its done in a few minutes. Its always safe to cancel a day or two ahead of time to make sure you don't get billed again.

What you can do is if you are pretty certain that you canceled the old card, you can register for the new subscription with the new one and you should be able to play.

Edit: Also, if your current subscription is red, that means its inactive so go ahead and try it.

You know what, thats exactly what happened to me last week...I think PLAYSEGA needs to be called...

I retried after that and I got my PSU subscription to work.

Edit: On a side note, you do get a few days free of PSOBB before you are billed. Check the Transaction History to make sure you weren't billed.

It is always a good idea to check expiry dates or your own funds before something disappointing like missing the last day of 1up. On the bright side, once the expansion goes steady.. The number of people who play AOI will certainly increase, while the number of events will also surge. All you got to do is get the indicated types of payment methods correct and since the effective re-subscription takes no more than 3 days, you will be enjoying PSU gaming experience soon afterwards. yeah the longer they wait to fix this, the less ppl they will have on the pc/ps2 server. Atm anyone whos subscription that renewed before the 13th is fine for the month. I'm having this same problem right now with AOI. When I tried to sign on apprently my account had been canceled. So I tried to re-activate it and ended up making a new one...I can't access my old characters.....I immediately canceled the subcription but I can't find any means on that stupid website to do it over properly for PSU AOI....still offering me fucking BB. SOMEONE HELP! I WANT TO PLAY THIS DAMN GAME NOW.
