Well, browsing the site in search for feathers, I get random "We're undergoing maintenance" screens (the ones with screenshots) today. Could it be there are too many people clicking links too much etc.?
I also haven't seen any feathers today yet (on and off for an hour). Edit: found one two minutes later, of course http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif
