sega was supposed to charge my account on the 16 th and havnt charged yet,,this is just like before.... am i going ot have to cancel my account again? and wait till they fully cancel? then do new subscriptuion,,i heard they were having problems again ='(

Right, if that happened before to you, it's pretty much what you'd have to do to renew. Just don't try it before the cancellation process is done, otherwise it's a longer wait. ;]

Thats all good but AOI is a few DAYS away. On top of coming off of the LARGEST update ever for this game. Soon enough is NOT fast enough. I make sure i always have money in my account always. It is also always ST fault for this matter.

Sigh, yeah I made that thread on the official forums in an attempt to help some people who had problems renewing their account and now, most of my good friends are having this problem. This game is sooooo boring without them around.

Why Sega, why don't you want our monies? I'm not certain I can think of a company that wants money less. I know my subscription renews in a couple days, on the 21st I think. I can foresee getting to play aoi for a day and then nothing. I said this in the other topic already, but I left my account active the whole time (didn't try to cancel) and my payment was just taken.

I don't think it was a good idea to tamper with your account during the problem, but hopefully that's being fixed right now.
