Various items in the guides are listed as dropping from pan arms. I was curious if they had to be as pan arms or separated as migium and megium?

ex:Sange, Red dagger etc.

I think they have to be pan arms for the enemy part to drop.

Thank's for clearing this up. I also was wondering if to find Pan Arm's blade they had to be connected.

They absolutely, positively HAVE to be joined into a Pan Arm in order to have a chance to get a Pan Arm's Arms (try saying that five times fast).

That's why it's so important that you use the proper technique in defeating a Pan Arms. A good choice would be a mechgun with the Hell special. Another excellent choice would be to use S-beats. These give you an excellent chance of killing it instantly before it can split. Another idea is to freeze it or paralyze it with a weapon, then go at it while it's frozen.
