View Full Version : Can't make Devil Wings...what's up?

I have a heart of devil cell and a lv. 104 mag, but when I go to combine them the item does not give the "use" option. The only thing I can think of is that the mag's sync and IQ are not maxed. Has anyone out there made this mag and if so, what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Are you an android? Because they cant do it.

Yeah, I'm a lv. 112 HUcast. Androids can't use any mag cells or just this one in particular?

It has to be a regular mag at EXACTLY lvl.100

no it doesn't, i used eye of devil on my lvl 200 apsaras and it worked just fine.

It doesn't matter what level your mag is on as long as it is Lv.100 or higher, but you have to be a non-android in order to use the Heart of Devil/Angel...


Plus androids cant even equip the Devil/Angel Wings... so the mag (or the cell) is useless to androids... except for trading.

Got it. Tried to use it for my HUmar and everything worked fine. So no Devil Wings for my HUcast. Oh well.

I have panther's spirit and have a RAmar and I can't use it on my mag which is level 200. (its a madhu)

What's the deal?

To make a panther tail mag you have to use it on a level 50+ Naga mag. It can only be used on a Naga mag. You need a force to raise one to make it the Mind has to be greater the Pow and the Pow greater then the Dex if you are a type I force. If you are Type II its Pow greater then Mind greater then Dex. Use the section ID calc on this site to see what type you are if you dont know.
