I need help finding the striker of chao (not kasey)

Hi this is kasey's sister and i read something about the striker of chao and i have no idea of how to find it please help if you know.Oh and also Is there a certain level to get the most special items.Thankies

You need to get ahold of two items and combine them. The Branch of Paku Paku (many IDs can find this) and a Chao MAG (made by combining a Heart of Chao and a MAG of certain stats). I think you can only get a Heart of Chao from special holiday events (ie. Halloween).

Check the item finding database to see if you can find a Branch of Paku Paku...

Items appear at random and you don't need a specific experience level to find them. All that effects what you find is section ID, difficulty, area, and enemy.
