Possible fix to the "hiccup freezing"

Some people have been asking how to fix the random moments of freezing that's accompanied by a repeating music segment, I think I firgured out a way to fix that (also sorry if I'm being too vague):

First, log off and turn off the BGM in the main options menu. Log back on, the "hiccups" should have stopped, if they have, log off and turn the BGM back on, you should have music without random freezing again.

I've only been on a few minutes but where the hiccups have usually occurred haven't shown up as of yet, I'll keep you up-to-date if anything (or nothing) happens.

The problem of the music not changing volume came back, and I haven't been able to fix that without getting the random freezing in place of it. Oh well, I tried.

I've been experiencing this, too. And it's not a quick pause, right, you're talking about the long one? :l Sigh...

Fairly long, I'm talking about 30 seconds maybe? 25-40?
