Capture Cards

What is a good capture card to buy, and how exactly does it work, for us on my 360.

I use my 360 on my 19" LCD Monitor via VGA, and have the sound running through my computer, which is right next to my 360.

Capture Cards work by routing the video feed into the computer itself, which is able to record it. I can't see it being done with a VGA connection because I can't think of anyway to get a VGA-in port; you'll probably have to drop down to composite or component.

I figured as much, looks like I will have to wait until I get my HDTV in febuary.
