AotI-PC/PS2: A strange error...

When I go into network mode on AotI, enter my account data, it asks if I'm sure I want to convert my account. I choose Yes, and it continues on to the patch screen. After a few seconds, the game just closes without warning :s

Nevermind I got it...though, I got error number 62.

Is their a way to convert your characters?
