Bragging Rights, Real Agito on 2nd try

My lucks finally in, last night I got my Pinkal to Ult. Forest Fake In Yellow quest and on my second Pal Rappy got the Real Agito.

So for all you Pinkal's out there hunting the Agito (I've seen posts on this quite a few times), keep hope alive. It is possible and good luck!

The Orotiagito is a really fun weapon, even though the special is pretty useless. (It's cool looking, though!)

I use my Red Partisan a lot more often, since I'm always attacking 5+ enemies at once but...It works pretty well at killing Ob Lillies in small rooms when you just can't stand still and shoot because you'll end up dead from another Lily.

I like how it's a sabre-type weapon but its swung a little different and makes cool sounds. I don't know why it's 12 stars though...Maybe stars goes by how rare an item is more than how powerful it is?

Definately powerful though!

It has a different animation from the other saber type weapons because it is using actual Japanese swordsmanship techniques. As far as Hunewearls go:

The first swing is known as a kesa-giri, which is a diagonal strike from right to left. The second swing is a hidari-ichimonji-giri, which is a horizontal strike from left to right. The final swing is a suichyoku-giri, which is a vertical strike from up to down.

To add a final touch, she goes into migi-hasso-no-kamae, which is a guard position where she holds the sword to her right with the blade pointing up.

BTW...as far as power goes, a demolition comet will own an Orotiagito, believe it or not. Think about it...Orotiagito hits 3 times for, say, 550 dmg. Not bad...that's 1650dmg. Demolition comet hits for, say, 350 dmg. That's low compared to the Orotiagito, but consider that the Demo Comet is a doublesaber weapon, so it hits 6 times. 6 x 350 = 2100. Now, 350 is a bit unrealistic...try 400. 400 x 350 = 2400. Suppose you did a weak-hard-hard combo. That's
(200 x 2) + (400 x 4) = 2000. That still owns the Orotiagito.

Plus, for all those of you who have used a doublesaber weapon, you will know that they are MUCH easier to target with than other weapons. If you swing at a Vulmer with your saber and you're off centre, you won't connect. If you swing at the same monster with a doublesaber in the same position, all that twirling around will somehow bring the blade into contact with the monster, then the rest of your combo automatically locks in.

Not to mention they're pretty quick...much quicker than a twinsword weapon, and it helps that the last combo attack hits for 3 times with that +70% accuracy bonus that every weapon gets.

Hey! poster why you gotta rub it in people faces. LOL you think your powerfull. The agito is nice to have and all but i would much rather use a multy hit weop like the monkey bar or demolition comet. i do bout 500-600 on hard attack and my crit strikes are in the 700 which i have 3 god lucks so my criticle strikes happen a lot. So to be honest i prob wouldnt even use the origninal agito/true agito.
