Which line sheild is best to use?

I have 25 Ortapolymers 30 Junalines and a lot of ??? photons

but which one is the best to use and which element should I use?

Depends on your class and the areas you play. If you spam areas with light enemies, you want light armor, etc. You could also choose the element based on the enemy type you run into the least. For instance, if you don't plan to go to HIVE, choose light armor. If you don't plan to go to Relics, choose dark armor, etc.

Baji-senba doesn't have an arm slot, so orpa is a better bet if you're not an fT. However, Baji does form a set with the 12 star wand with the same name. But if you don't plan to hunt or trade for that wand, the armor probably won't be that useful to you.
