View Full Version : Oh No!

So... Oh No! Oh My!

I have fallen in love with I Have no Sister and I Love You All the Time.

Mostly because I am looking for something that isn't Radiohead and that isn't of Montreal. Pinhead is kinda disappointing, and Architecture in Hlekrpaksd gives me a headache.

I was listening to Rogue Wave, but I think I only like one of their songs.

Stupid LastFm.

My ears hurt from my headphones.

Cheap headphone recommendation... go!

Mine say COBY on them, I think they were like $2, they're pretty comfy, get those maybe.

I should listen to Radiohead. Somehow I've managed to squeak past, having heard only a couple of their songs.
If I know what you're looking for, maybe I can help. Probably not, though. ;(

What kind of headphones?
Real cheap? Earbud? Air-Bud? (dog basketball movie, yikes)

Do no get those "marshmallow" earbud abominations.

Jelly Bean ones are okay though.

8 Mile big bulky sony stereo Monitor 3 foot long cord is also nice if you want those. Avoid "Street style - over the ear" sony junk.

Had some Virgin (but not mobile, like Virgin Mobile) ones with a case before that worked well until I sat on them when they were wrapped around a CD player and they broke.

I have some Sony ones, the black sorts that break really easily (top of the head headband, largeish), but aren't too bad.

My end-goal is a pair of Bose. I think that Target has them on display. Sigh. I'll probably just stick with these until I get a good job.

Sord, that isn't the name of the band. I was being lazy and punched in some letters.

(Heller-ka-pasad, if I were to guess how to pronounce it)

Oh, and I'm on a non-Radiohead binge, which is apparently making me indier.

Solly spelled something incorrectly on porpoise, cuz of lazy.

The dream is dead.

Couldn't think of catch phrase to end with there.

Those in the know (such as myself) pronounce it Lek'-ur-paxt.
Also, I hear Pinhead is opening for the hyper-cool new Polish indie act, Djymwicz. I'm stoked!

Now that Safari has spellcheck, I'm unstopplerable.

Helsinki, did you mean Hello stinky?

(big bumpin, nobody touch this topic after this omgee moose)

Heh, 6 red underlines in this post. One of them Solstis, the bastards.
