Ok sometimes I get massive slowdown, and I want to know if this is my 360 or just psu. I hear lots of people get this slowdown, so I would just like to know which one it is, and if someday it will be fixed (if it's not my 360).

PSU just runs slowly. It's especially bad on the PS2, the console that it was made for.
