What are the requirements on story missions for S rank?

I'm one to hunt Pa fragments, and I hear that doing story missions on A gives you alot of them if you achieve S rank.

Im just curious on what requirements you need to get the S? Like how long you need to take, and do you have to kill every enemy? Because I've been doing the first mission, the one named "The Mask 1" and only achieving A rank after 7 minutes and killing 50 enemies. If I need to just speed up, fair enough http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif But just checking I'm doing this right.

Any tips? Easy levels?

It depends maybe it requires minutes or five. The best tip is to retry and use the runs to learn the maps layout.
