info on makeing rares

i need a faq on making rare armors and weps and sheilds
like i got a heart key and a magic rock moola and i don't realy know what to do and im lv 104 FO
i wish things were ezer like back on PSO ver.1 before dupin

here is what i heard
that moola makes somit moon and you us a cane to make it that is maked grind but i got a club (upgraded ver of cane) that is max grinded and it got the % of 0/15/25/35 and i realy want to us but i wanted to know if there is any way to us it like be a higher lv or somthing like how dark flows sword works or dark metor or dark bridge.

and i wanted what to know how heart key works?
and what lv and what i can combind it with.
like armor or barrer.
o and im a lv 104 FOmar

Heres how to make the Summit Moon-

1: MAX grind a Cane [you need to be level 130 to apply the Magic Rock 'Moola' to a Club, so go with a Cane]
2: Try and make sure the Cane has some good %'s, because they carry over.
3: Use the Rock on the max grinded Cane
4: You got yourself a Summit Moon

Unless you want to wait until you're level 130 to change the Club into a Summit Moon. It'll be the same thing, MAX grind the Club and use the rock on it.

But I don't think using a Cane affects the Summit Moon's stats, just the %'s it has on the base weapon.

So I'd get it sooner than later, I've got one, and its pretty damn good.
