PSO plus on GC

Hey, just bought pso plus, and it's been more than a year since i played last. I heard that the servers have been shut down but i still wanna collect all the items (especially Yasminkov series http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) I heard that the PSO plus version has the items and quests that are only online, and i was wondering if this includes those really rare items that were only available online.

In order to make this simple, if it is online specific, it will never be available offline.

Items for Plus, you can get everything except the s-ranks, and the challenge mode prizes since there's now gallon's shop. Also if you want the online stuff, go to the other places that we can't talk about.

Why do people think Gallon's Shop is available in Plus offline? >_> It isn't.
