Comics I enjoy? Doonesbury, Get Fuzzy, Non-Sequitur (getting worse every day, though, IMO), Candorville. Get Fuzzy is, hands down, my favorite.
I usually read For Better or For Worse for the groooooan/what-is-Lynn-Johnston-thinking factor.
Dilbert is okay to good, but I find it has grown a bit stale. Yes, most comics have a stable of stock gags they draw upon, but The Pointy-Haired Boss's Ridiculous Tasks etc have mostly lost my interest. Obviously, there can be no objective judgment on quality there.

Honestly, though, I get more pleasure out of reading the snark on the unspeakably brilliant Comics Curmudgeon (http://joshreads.com/) blog, both from its creator and the commenters. Little did I know just how funny Mary Worth or Family Circus could be. The Master 'Mudgeon also writes a regular feature for Wonkette, Cartoon Violence (http://www.wonkette.com/politics/cartoon-violence/), which focuses on political/editorial cartoons. I give it an A++++++++.

Offline? none, newspaper comic strips are terrible. Case in point; Fred Basset.
