It drops on all ranks from the second AoI story mission, so if we get that next update, yes. Though, you really shouldn't be diminishing the value for him, caveat emptor and all that. Afterall, its not nice to basically rob him of potential goodies.

it actually doesnt drop all ranks , i happen to speak to a mod on the psu offical site and he confirmed to me that it will drop on the story misson but on A and up only and as far as me trading my blackheart if you not offering then you need to mind ya bussiness and stop accusing people for scamming.

KyEmo, go ahead and just stop. Much like the other person stated, you shouldn't be doing stuff like this. You think the topic creator is trying to "scam" people just because the weapon may become more common in a few weeks?

A. What if this person didn't know about that?

B. What if the person wanting one doesn't want to wait for a few weeks before they can finally have one?

C. This isn't a scam

Scamming is like, telling someone, "Yeah, you have to find Vulcaline, they can't be bought in shops, so why don't you just by them from me? I sell them for only 5k a piece" and they buy it from you, believing you, then find out later they can be bought from an NPC for cheaper.

Think about these things before quickly swinging your finger at someone calling them a scammer.

Anyway, sorry to rant so much in the thread.
