I'm pretty sure this isnt out even in JP, but since the GH 434 uses it, I'm curious, what level incapacitate does it inflict? Anyone know?

I wasn't aware Killer Elite had an incapacitation rate at all.

It has a small rate of causing Inert Killer Shot/Megid/Incapacitation. Or so says the certain hackers rumor mill.

Well, I've seen it deal instant death. (Via using 434) At least, I can't imagine any other way that level 110 Distova would have dropped before it had been in range for more than a second.

The rifle is EQed with Killer Shot.
Killer Elite doesn't have natural Killer Shot that I know of.

EQ'ed? awhazzatsapostamean?
and wat would being a cast have to do with anything? obviously you have to be a cast to equip it but why would that inflict killer shot more than anything else?
though I must say the notion of instant kill free of charge is pretty fuckin awesome.

Equipped. I don't think a rifle would have a pre set SE in it since the bullets already do that.
