What is the best or easiest to take a pic to make a sig with

On PC you can take a picture with the Print Screen Button. As for 360, either a digital camera, or get yourself a capture card.

It's usually either a card that is inserted into your PC like a video card or plugged in via USB. It allows you to connect a TV Cable or composite cables into it to allow you to play the game/watch TV on your computer in addition to letting you take still pictures or record video from the source.

if ur on 360 i can take excellent screens for ya. I dont have a capture card but what I do have is a 56" DLP 1080p samsung. This TV has a very useful feature that allows me to freeze the image on screen where I can then take a nice clear pic with my cannon powershot. It's great for action shots especially.
