my pm bst is 41.... and i haven't seen anything different about it... wat does it mean and wat does it do

I believe you're referring to the Battle Stat. It increases when you complete missions based on the rank you receive(c-s). Plenty of rumors float around as to what it actually does, but I am personally a fan of "mostly nothing." I believe, however, that it allows you to upgrade your PM to certain other types of PM's, such as the upcoming butler PM. Don't quote me on that though.
