PSOBB: The Final Two Months of PSO BB

We regret to announce that sales of new Hunters' Licenses will be terminated on December 6th 2007.

All subscription-based services for Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst will be terminating on Jan 9th, 2008.

If you have an active subscription terminating between December 9th 2007 and January 9th 2008, your Hunters' License will be valid until January 9th.

The game servers will be made available to all registered users from January 9th 2008 until March 31st 2008.


January 9th - Free open access to all users with PSO-BB accounts until March 31st.

Who all is planning on returning to PSO BB for it's final online months? I know I will, plus if a lot of old players come back, it'd be nice to see the servers filled with people again pre-PSU.

Anyway, does this mean you can't sign up anymore? At all? =, and to think when I just get started back into PSO they are gonna cancel the next ONLINE version that I was about to play...

PSOBB shall live on through the assist of people maintaing their own servers for this game free of charge to everyone. Infact, you can have yoour own server within their network allowing you to take full control of the game and its events and all its content.

Not yet, I just tried and I get the subscription error. I guess we'll have to wait till Jan 9. However I did manage to get all the updates so now my screen shows the Black Paper update I saw when I left way back when.

Anyone still intrested in takeing a noglastic trip , the offcial BB server is up and running f2p for all who had a Blue burst sub in the past. (no more (90x error's)

Double rarz/double exp is tomorrow, if my memory serves me correctly. Be sure to take advantage of that =O I know I am. lvl200 before the servers die, hopefully. I've mainly been playing the unofficial servers *winkwink* if you catch my meaning, if you get my drift. I still will always prefer PSO over PSU, it's a shame to see PSO get killed off by Sega like this.
