PSO-GC: Heaven Punisher, for the win?!

Ok, well I've recently been using the Ultimate Ranger weapon called "Heaven Punisher", my lord. That thing owns! But, it's special attack only works when your `Internet Time` starts with an even number... But, when it does, you can constantly using a Dark Falz type attack; in his first form Blue beams come down from the sky, thats basically the heaven punisher's special. Is that for the win? Or is that FOR THE WIN?!

it is more similar to the phonton blast (the dark falz attack)......

Is the range the same as all Handguns?
What is the max amount enemies able to hit with one attack, 12?
Is this one of, or THE, best Ranger weapon?

its a nice gun but has draw backs. its special only works when the first digit of beat time is even which hampers it. its near impossible to find. it does have good atp though.

It's great for clearing traps. Not so great for much of anything else but stunning enemies.

The .beat time shouldn't matter much though since it changes when you change the system clock, Offline only of course.

The clock has no relavance to offline mode because the .beat time is just automatic in the game.
