PSO-GC: Chances for finding a Hildeblue?

Ok, does anyone know?
If it matters;
I'm a level 45, Purplenum on VERY HARD mode.
If you know please reply! It would help a ton!
I know it doesn't matter and I should just keep
telepiping in and out but I want to just know my
odds. ^.^

Somewhere between, I give up on finding a Hildeblue and telling the Story "I was looking for a rare Rappy and "BAM!!!" there was a Hildeblue". :-/
