Hey, ive been playing the quest quite a bit to gain lots of points. i have just aboput 30000.....I was wondering to get the 100 million points that means exp points? IF so what u have to do for it come in a place or dunno im confused on getting the 100 million points.

The 100,000,000 points is actually a total of all players involved. There is no specific goal for individual players, though I imagine that Sonic Team and/or Famitsu will post/print a list of the highest scorers. One of the Lab-rats in Singing by the Beach mentions a Platinum List and I think that's what he's referring to.
