PSO-XBox: Japanese Episode I & II Xbox Servers to Close

The Japanese page makes no mention of other regions. (It's been awhile, but I'm fairly certain the Xbox version was region separated.) Either way I doubt this actually affects too many people, but it's news, nevertheless.

Why too late? Probably no one played it since it was the Xbox version and it's not compatible with the Xbox 360.

If you read the japanese article it does mention other regions. From my interpretation all regions are going down together.

If PSOX were compatible with the 360 I'd still be playing.

Well, if you really are serious Jas, then start doing some Ep II quests to prep for our stage 4 battle w/Olga Flow. I am in the same boat believe me. I sucked it up pretty bad myself, but then again it was just the 3 of us cause DAR was MIA. Speaking of DAR, according to my friends list on xbox.com, DAR was last seen on 12/14/07. This means either he has not been playing PSO by choice or that he still does not have his Xbox back from M$ yet.

As far as your last comment goes, if PSO would finally get on the B/C list there would be a huge amount of PSU players who would play both. Some would quit PSU entirely, plus you would get ppls who would come back to PSO who hated PSU. But I think M$ just wants to let the server die. Too much trouble to try to get PSO emulated by M$ IMO.
