Question About Soul Eater Quest

it wasnt in the faq so ill ask here.....

it says that you have to complete all the quests and beat the game atleast once right?

if thats true.. then if i completed everything in normal and i go to normal to get soul eater... wouldnt that be impossible since i cant play a quest i already beaten on the difficulty?

Once you finish all the quests, you can play them as much as you'd like. I don't think you needed to beat the difficulty level, though.
