Okay, I have a question...

I know when you reach like the top level of an element (like the freezing one) it's either Green or White like regular weapons, the name that is. Green, if I assume right, means it has percentages. I found a Blizzard Vulcan a while back though, and it's neither green or white, instead it's yellow like rares. Does anyone know why? It's been boggling my mind, and I'm just still curious on why it's yellow.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Any armor, shield, or weapon with 9 or more stars has yellow text.

A lot of people get the common misconception that yellow letters automatically means rare item. This is not true. Any 5-star basic weapon with a 4-star special attack (total 9-stars) will have yellow letters. Photon Drops are not rare items, but they also get yellow letters. And the new level 100+ special MAGs are not rare items, but they also get yellow letters. Inversely, a spell Amplifier is a rare item, but they don't have yellow letters and don't show up in a red box either. Be aware that yellow letters and a red box does not necessarily make a rare item.
