Check there for Whitill section ID findings.

According to that you can't find a Dragon Slayer. Ask a Skyly if you can trade for one.

Dragon Slayer is not a Whitill find. Play on a team hosted by either Skyly or Oran for a chance to find one, or ask someone to trade for one (assuming you can go online).

Edit: I've got more Dragon Slayers than I can count thanks to my Skyly. If you can go online, you're more than welcome to have some of them for free.
