grants/megid usability. WTF?

i thought you could only use grants and megid if you were a Fo, but my Humar can use both of them. (i found grants lv.3 in mines 1 on hard and megid lv.15 in forest 1 on ultimate)

In version 2 the same thing happened to me

PC/DC versions =/= GC/BB versions

humar on ver2 can use all techs up to lvl 15, including lvl 15 anti, lvl 15 boost suport status like shifta and hard attack techs like grants

wat do you mean "see grants"? i didn't see an enemy drop it, but i saw dark falz use it in his third form.
