Japanese Charcater help

alright so theres this cyber mask i wanna get but i don't know what the characters mean. and i don't wanna buy it and it actually say something offensive and piss someone off by wearing it. so if anyone knows i'd be a great help. sorry about the picture its the best one they've got.

I have no idea, but they wouldn't print anything too offensive on a mask. And even if they did the 5% of people who can understand it would think you're a ninja and be too afraid to do anything.

hahaha, well i've heard the horror stories of people getting japanese characters tattooed on them and it saying something other then what the book says.
