Soul Eater Quest Question

I just accidently screwed up getting the soul Eater. I read the guide here and read the you complete the From the Dephts Quest and return to level 2 Ruines. Well I interpreted it as actually "completing" the quest and now I'm wondering when doing the same quest again, will Kireek be at level 2 after I finish the "quest objectives" and give me the soul eater?

i need to know too, i tried to get it but failed (dont know how though i thought i did it all right)

do you do ALL the quests prior to starting the soul eater quests?

If you fought Kireek and won, but didn't get the item, it may have been because you had a full inventory.

The ONLY thing that'll prevent you from getting the SOUL EATER in a certain difficulty level is if you originally told SUE your name.

Just complete all the quests and then redo the quest in question and beat KIREEK this time; you'll get your SOUL EATER.
