Twinkle Star question

Ok im about to reach level 100 with my force and i already have the star amplifier. the guide on here says that i need to have a wand at level 100, staff at level 110, baton at 120 or sceptor at 130, grinded out and then use star apmlifier on it. My question is , does it have to be a regular wand? or can it be a frost wand or some other type.

I dont think it matters. But I'm not sure if the outcome is depending on the want type.

It does not matter if the weapon has a special on it already. The only thing that carries over is the %.

i made mine with a shock wand it gives pretty good mst. better than hildebear cane XP

alright thanks for the input, just wanted to make sure i dont have to do everything and then have one thing mess me over
