Just interested, Boozie, on what level and what enemy dropped it for you? I know they were next to impossible to find on the DC but are they not as rare on GC?

I'm Bluefull. As I posted before, I can't quite remember which enemy it came off of, although I'm PRETTY sure it was that Hildetorr!!! One dropped for me in a room! There were also tollaws and a rappy too! I know it wasn't the rappy. Hope this helps!

I'm guessing it was most likely the Hildetor who dropped the Heaven's Punisher since they are rumored to drop them.

Currently trying the TP trick to respawn those little bad fellows, but nada so far. I heard the drop rate of a Hildetorr dropping a Heaven's Punisher is low...
