Hi, I'm currently trying to help a friend go online on his PS2 but we're experiencing some technical difficulties.
The error message is No. 32 (No response from the DHCP Server)
He has cable internet and his provider is comcast. We live in the Houston, Tx area.
He has an external modem that has both a USB Lead and an Ethernet Lead. The modem is from Scientific Atlanta. Model number is DPX2203C Series.
How his computer is set up is that it's connect via both USB and Ethernet. Initially we only unplugged the ethernet from the computer and connecting it to the PS2 afterwards, we tried unplugging the USB from the computer as well as a precaution. We have also tried restarting his modem but it's to no avail.
I believe that this covers everything and should I remember anything that may have slipped my mind, I'll edit my information accordingly.

EDIT: Nevermind, it seems to be working for him now.
