max ATA stat

is it weird that i hav a max ATA stat & i'm only lvl 85?

i beleive the hit materials helped alot but it is truethat after the stat is maxed (161) it will raise no more, dex on mags or units won't do anything.
don't worry that even being a humar your ata at this moment is enouph for vhard mode, as for ultimate mode, you need specific weapons.

yea, i have the red saber/handgun which really help in ult.

is it possible to find rares with good hit % on them, and where is a good place to hunt for hit mats(if theres even such a place)

If you do not have those "specific" weapons, dont bother with ultimate mode. Its incredibly frustrating to swing and miss every hit of an N/N/H combo.

I have a Varista with 50% hit which misses almost every time when I N/N/N in forest...

its no that bad, i use my chain sawd or my agito, and they both, especially the agito work well, not perfect, but well, its just that im tired of gettin knocked down. my ATA with agito is 251, and 201 with my chain sawd, just enough to hit them most of the time, at least with the agito...
