Every 50% halp is. There are no exceptions. Trust me on this. The highest legit one is 44%.

Konjou's 2 50% Halps are glitched. Sicne it was a 100% synth, it always succedded. When u pull it out and didn't like the %, u d/c'ed really fast so it wouldn't register in the system. The repeat until it was 50%.

50% dagger of serafi isnt priceless imo, not like halp would be.
