Just got Flowens Shield. How rare is this?????

All stars are maxed and has a serial # 502 (i think). Last star look yellow, not blue. What does that mean?

stars meen the rarity of the weapon, the more stars, the rarer it is {http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_razz.gif you can get a max of 3 gold stars, 12 stars total i think. and the flowens armor is fairly rare.... i have seen one, bet never found one...

Does anyone know if there is a stat bonus if you wear flowens armor, shield and use the sword? I have the sword and shield(blue rappy drop), but need the armor.
