help on rappy mode

hi guys, i'm new here, i found this item (rappy mode) but i can't use it can anyone tell me why? by the way my race is beast.

You need an A Rank armor with an extra slot. Equip the armor, then you can use your rappy mode, although, I'm really not sure how you got it. o.O Isn't it unavailable at this point?
