s- rank weapons

Were to find them how and can i beat ult with a char below 90 cause im at the ruins now

you get s-rank weapons from getting s-rank in challenge mode. you can beat ult. by leveling up more.

Scapes, Charge Mechguns, and lots of items. Easiest with Human/Newman characters since they can heal themselves. If you're an android best thing to do would be to level up some more.

s-rank weps are impossible to obtain in PSO now unless you use another place that we can't talk about. If you do use that place, just beat challenge mode.
Since your human, your eithre ranger or hunter.
If ranger, pull out your strongest wep, scapes, a god/battle if you have one, and use shifta, deband, and resta. Spam shifta and deband, and run when nessecary. Also have a hig POW mag. If that doesn't keep you alive, go run some quests or mines.
If Hunter, take out your stongest bladed multihit wep and a bladed single hit wep as well as a handgun type wep. Use multihit on groups and single on small battles. Use handgun for annoying confrontations. Use a God/Battle again if you don't have one. Also make sure you have a mag with good DEF and DEX if you want to hit stuff. If this doesn't work, go run quests or mines again.

One final note, shrink the sig, its to big.

Not so fast, Kizu. You forgot offline C-Mode and its S-Ranks. Granted, those are mostly joke weapons, but they are still S-Ranks.

true but they aren't like the amazing ones that you find online that you can massivly grind and all, they are just some decent weps like the Toy Hammer. The good S-ranks are online only like the S-Ranked Rifle that you can grind up to 220.

FLAMBERGE out damages S-RANK SABER, due it its’ Spirit Special, and has 635 Base ATP (full grinded), yet S-RANK SABER is 650 ATP when maxed grind.

SANGE & YASHA have ATP around 710 when fully grinded, similar to its brother, ASUKA, they are double-hit weapons. JIZAI is incredibly powerful, much stronger than SANGE & YASHA, having combinded Shouren and Guren. They have around 880 ATP, and they are double-hit weapons also.

Which ones? Sange & Yasha? Shouren & Goren? Asuka? Jizai?

Higher Sync means you get your PB faster from attacks.

Higher IQ boosts the power, healing, length, and boosts that come from your PBs. It also makes your mag give you boosts more often when it goes crazy

boost? what? i never seen my mag give me boost, i don't get it. even when my mag had 160 iq, i still don't see any boost, is it visible ? or not or something? i don't understand, please tell me more, i am a noobie.

also what do you mean faster pb from attacks? you mean the yellow circle bar that gives you ultra attacks?

Shifta/Deband boost. Some mags give them some don't. Sometimes you'll get invincibility, or even get healed instead of shifta and deband (Shifta and Deband are those Red and Blue arrows you see sometimes near your character name/health/TP etc.).

Yeah, I meant that yellow circle. The yellow circle is your Photon Blast Meter (PB for short). The ultra attacks are called "photon blasts"

Mag levels cap out at 200. They cannot reach 300. But, yes, a high level mag can revive you, as Ketchup posted.
