Most likely not. However, if you have something PSO/Sonic based that you would like to use you are definitely encouraged to submit it. If you make it yourself, make sure it is 64x64 (pixels) with a 1 pixel black border around it. That particular avatar exceeds the site's 64 x 64 size requirement.

Can you provide a link to an uncropped version of that Shadow picture?

I have actually been considering submitting one I made of my PSO character. It is 64x64 and I think it has the 1" border. But I am not sure if I want to.
