Help with the HUcast (or any android)

I have NEVER used any android, and I was thinking of making a HUcast for its huge amounts of...well ATP, and was wondering do they regenerate health constantly, or ONLY when standing still.

An answer to this question would greatly help me decide what my next character should be.

Regenerates only when standing still.

If you make any type of android make sure you have the Twin PBs on your mag since androids don't have techs to use.
