are these what they use to get the real world prizes in japan, do we use them later on, any clues?

They're used in the quest Singing by the Beach to play the lottery machine. It costs ten tickets per play.

cool thanks, do you know when they will cut it off so you cant get tickets anymore or the quest?

Both quests are supposed to be up from January 10 through February 10.
