I am about to buy a preowned copy for gc, do the same rules apply cuz on the DC version where once u put the access key and the otha num u cant use on another system is this the same for the GC

As far as I know, yes once its registered online with the servers its there for good, however, Sega can reset serial numbers and keys and give you a new one. When I was on PSO for DC I had it for about a week when my DC decided to fry it self and die. I had to get a new DC and sega just reset and gave me new numbers to use to get online.
